Whole Cow
When purchasing a Whole Cow through Knoxville Beef Company – we will hand-pick a cow based on your desired selection that has been raised in Knoxville. Select whether you desire a grain finished or grass finished black angus. We will help to coordinate with the processor to which within 60 days will be delivered to your doorstep free
Half Cow
While our Whole Cow averages 400lbs, we understand not everyone has that kind of freezer space – the half cow option is perfect for most standard deep freezers averaging 200lbs of meat once processed.
Quarter Cow

Yes, delivery is free to Knox County and Surrounding areas for Whole Cows only. If you are outside of Knox County or Surrounding Counties please call us or you can Pickup at the Farm.
