Dating back to the early 1900’s the soil at the Knoxville Beef Company’s farm has been dedicated to agriculture and the rich East Tennessee history of farming. As you approach the heart of the property still standing is the old homestead where one of the original families lived and raised their children on the farm living off the land. The new owners were told the original family fed and raised 14 children on the farm. 

During the remodel of the house we found signs that the house was built from lumber from the farm when it was originally built. Even the outhouse and food cellar were still on the property when it was first purchased. 

Fast forward 100 years this same land is now being utilized to grow and produce food just like it did all those years ago for families in Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. Knoxville Beef Company’s founder Daniel Evans has had a passion and vision for years to bring quality beef to Knoxville from Knoxville. 

Knoxville Beef Company is excited to bring locally raised and produced beef to East Tennessee in a way that allows people to know exactly where their beef comes from while enjoying some of the tastiest cuts around.
